G9King Terms & Conditions – Official Rules of Malaysia's Betting Platform

In these Terms, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below, unless the context requires otherwise:

Any reference to "services" encompasses all products offered by g9king, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, jackpots, lottery, Virtual Sports, and all related content.

To register and use the g9king platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• You are registering in your own name and all information provided is truthful, complete, and current.
• You are not currently serving any self-exclusion period on g9king or any related platform.
• You are not registering from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by local law.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• You are not registering on behalf of another person or entity.

G9king reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your MyKad, utility bill, or bank statement for KYC (Know Your Customer) purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

As a g9king member, you are fully responsible for the security and use of your account. This includes:

• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with anyone.
• Ensuring that account information (name, email, phone number, and payment method) is accurate and kept up to date at all times.
• Notify g9king immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Not using your g9king account for any illegal, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited activities that violate these Terms.

G9king shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access due to a member's failure to safeguard their account credentials. All transactions carried out using valid login details will be considered legitimate, unless the member has notified g9king of unauthorised access prior to the transaction in question.

All financial transactions on g9king are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include:

• Malaysian e-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Digital Transfer: DuitNow (including DuitNow QR)
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other FPX member banks in Malaysia
• Direct Transfer: Standard bank transfer to the designated account

The minimum deposit at g9king is RM 10. There is no maximum deposit limit beyond the limits set by your chosen payment method. All deposits are typically processed within 1–5 minutes, depending on the payment method selected.

Funds deposited into a g9king account must be used solely for gaming and entertainment purposes on the g9king platform. G9king reserves the right to decline, delay, or reverse any deposit suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.

G9king is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within the stipulated timeframe. Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the member's g9king account.
• All standard withdrawals are processed within 15–60 minutes via Malaysian e-wallet methods and DuitNow.
• Withdrawals via FPX/bank transfer are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• G9king reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals above a certain amount.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if there are outstanding bonus wagering requirements.

If there are doubts regarding the validity of a withdrawal, g9king reserves the right to place the payment on hold while an investigation is conducted. The member involved will be notified via their registered email or WhatsApp within 24 hours.

G9king offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, daily reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

1. Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is permitted. These requirements are clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.
2. Bonuses are valid for one account only. Members found to have created multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses will be permanently banned and all balances forfeited.
3. G9king reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
4. Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or directly converted into cash.
5. Any attempt to abuse the g9king bonus system — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, use of automated software, or coordination with other members — is considered a serious violation and will result in account closure.
6. In the event of a conflict between the general bonus terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

Use of the g9king platform for Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, jackpots, lottery, and virtual sports is subject to the following game rules:

• Sports Betting (including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, cricket, and badminton): All confirmed bets are final. G9king will not void bets at a member's request except under exceptional technical circumstances.
• Live Casino: Live casino game outcomes (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger) are determined by the actions of a live dealer and are final, unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.
• Slots & Jackpot: All slots games use an independently certified RNG system. The outcome of every spin is random and final. The stated RTP for each game represents a long-term average and is not a guarantee of winnings in any single session.
• Virtual Sports: Virtual sports results are generated by computer algorithms using a certified RNG. No manipulation by any party is involved.
• Lottery: Lottery draws are conducted according to a set schedule using a fair random draw system.

G9king reserves the right to void or cancel any bet placed on the basis of inaccurate information, a technical error on the platform, or any exceptional circumstance that prevents fair play. In such cases, the stake amount will be refunded to the member's account balance.

G9king members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using automated software (bots), intrusion tools, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or sports match results.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of credit cards or e-wallets that do not belong to you.
• Abusing bet cancellation opportunities or in-play betting features for arbitrage purposes.
• Threatening, abusing, or behaving in an offensive manner towards g9king customer support staff.
• Submitting false claims or providing fraudulent verification documents.
• Accessing the g9king platform via VPN or location-masking technology to circumvent geo-restrictions.
• Sharing or selling your g9king account to a third party.

G9king reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide the requested KYC verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Account inactive for 12 consecutive months (dormant account).
• At the member's own request to close their account.
• Upon instruction from the relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

If an account is closed at a member's request, any valid remaining balance (not subject to withdrawal restrictions) will be returned to the member within 7 business days via the same payment method used for the last deposit. For accounts closed due to a violation, the balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

G9king takes its social responsibility to all members seriously. Our platform provides a range of tools and resources to help members gamble responsibly:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits within their account settings.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit allowed within a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a temporary play break of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration of their choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a temporary or permanent break from playing may apply for self-exclusion by contacting g9king support.
• Reality Check: Periodic reminders will be displayed to alert members about their session duration.

G9king will not permit any individual who has undergone self-exclusion to re-register or regain access to the platform during the designated exclusion period.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, g9king shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect financial losses incurred by a member arising from use of the platform, including betting losses.
• Service disruptions, technical delays, or system failures beyond g9king's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from third parties such as payment providers, game providers, or internet connectivity issues.
• Failed transfers or processing delays resulting from issues on the member's bank or e-wallet end.

G9king is committed to providing a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be entirely free of technical errors at all times. G9king will make every reasonable effort to resolve any disruptions as quickly as possible.

G9king reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Such amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Terms & Conditions page at g9king.ws.

For amendments involving material or significant changes to members' rights, g9king will endeavour to notify members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the g9king platform after any amendments are published will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may close your account by contacting the g9king support team.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and legal principles applicable to the g9king platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through the following process:

1. Internal Resolution: Members must first submit their complaint to the g9king customer support team. G9king will endeavour to resolve the complaint within 14 business days.
2. Mediation: If an internal resolution cannot be reached, both parties may agree to proceed with mediation by a neutral third party.
3. Arbitration: As a last resort, disputes may be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules.

This section does not limit any consumer rights protected under applicable Malaysian consumer protection laws.
